Before you book
Useful information about enquiries and weekend equipment hire.
Hires from 1 December 2026
You can enquire now for parties on or after 1 December 2026. We confirm availability, delivery arrangements and the full price before accepting your booking. For date enquiries, email enquiries@quietriotparty.co.uk or use our enquiry form.
Enquiries and availability
Submitting the form sends an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Keep the reference shown on screen. This form does not show live availability or reserve stock. We check your date, package and add-ons personally before confirming pricing and booking details.
Local midweek hire
Local midweek hire may be available in Waltham Forest, Wanstead, Woodford and South Woodford. Standard package and add-on prices are the same as weekend hire. No discounts apply to midweek hire, including the 10% local resident discount. We confirm availability, hire length, delivery and collection arrangements before booking. Orders for more than 100 headphones still require a custom quote.
Delivery and collection
Standard England delivery and collection are included in the listed hire prices. We arrange local deliveries in Waltham Forest, Wanstead, Woodford and South Woodford, with DPD serving other England addresses. Collection is on the first working day after weekend hire; check the dates in your booking confirmation.

Hire terms, cancellations and equipment care
Your enquiry is not a booking and does not commit you to payment. Before agreeing a hire, confirm the total price, any deposit and balance due dates, cancellation or date-change arrangements, and responsibility for loss, damage or late returns in writing. Our loss and damage schedule sets out replacement charges, including £50 per headphone, hirer responsibility and the invoice/dispute process. Standard bookings up to 100 headphones do not require a security deposit.
Changing or cancelling a proposed hire
Email enquiries@quietriotparty.co.uk with your reference and the change or cancellation you need. An enquiry can be withdrawn without charge. For an agreed booking, we will explain the applicable cancellation arrangements and any refund in writing; your statutory rights are unaffected. Please read and retain the written terms supplied before payment.
Keep the transport crate and protective packing, follow the setup guide and return all equipment using the supplied instructions.
Enquiry privacy information
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, event date, full delivery address and postcode, event address and venue name where supplied, whether the event address matches delivery, guest count, package and add-on choices, local-discount area and any message you enter. These details are stored to handle your enquiry and proposed hire. The server also sends an email notification containing these details through FormSubmit, our email delivery provider, to enquiries@quietriotparty.co.uk. We record the email submission status and attempts so a failed notification can be retried. An on-screen reference confirms storage of the enquiry, not arrival in our email inbox. If email submission fails, the saved enquiry remains available to us in our private enquiry inbox.
The form also stores a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the message box.
Who handles your information?
Mark Lockwood, trading as The Quiet Riot Party Co, handles your enquiry and hire information. We use the information you provide to take steps towards a hire agreement and to fulfil agreed bookings. We use the hashed network address to help protect the form against misuse.
Sharing and retention
The website stores enquiries using its ChatGPT Sites hosting and database services. Email notifications pass through FormSubmit to our business mailbox. Delivery details are shared with the delivery provider when required to fulfil an agreed hire. We keep information for handling your enquiry or booking, resolving queries and meeting applicable record-keeping duties. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your particular record. We do not use this form to enrol you in marketing emails.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal duties or handle a dispute. If you are unhappy with our response, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
